The Balloon Girl is a member of the Pro Environment Balloon Alliance

As a member, we comply with their industry standards by keeping balloons attached to weights and never releasing balloons into the air. Ensuring a controlled disposal after the event is just as important as the set up.

The Balloon Girl uses 100% latex balloons, a natural based product.  Latex is extracted from rubber trees carefully to ensure the tree isn’t harmed.

Latex Balloons

  • The Balloon Girl uses high quality latex.  The cheaper balloons are cut with plastic.

  • Latex balloons are not plastic.

  • They are a plant-based product, made from natural rubber, harvested from rubber tree plantations which are a renewable resource.

The Balloon Girl promotes the responsible use and disposal of balloons without compromising the environment.

Balloon Disposal

  • Latex balloons do breakdown BUT if they become litter they don't degrade sufficiently or quickly enough to prevent possible risk or harm to wildlife

Educating

  • The Balloon Girl is committed to help educate clients, venue managers and the public in the responsible use and correct disposal of balloons.
